Your Ventamin subscription delivers your wellness products automatically on a schedule you choose. When you subscribe, you'll receive recurring shipments based on your selected frequency (e.g., every 30 days, or 60 days). You'll be charged automatically before each shipment, and your subscription continues until you choose to pause or cancel it. This ensures you never run out of your favorite Ventamin products!

Managing your subscription is easy through your personalized customer portal:

  1. You can easily manage your Ventamin subscription by logging into the Ventamin Subscription Portal using the email address associated with your order. 
  2. From your portal, you can:
  • View upcoming orders and order history
  • Change your delivery frequency
  • Add, remove, or swap products
  • Update shipping address
  • Modify payment methods
  • Apply discount codes
  • Skip or reschedule deliveries

Yes, absolutely! Life happens, and we understand:

To Pause: Pause your subscription for a set period (e.g., 30, 60, or 90 days). Your subscription will automatically resume after the pause period.

To Skip: Skip your next scheduled delivery without affecting future orders. You can skip individual orders or even select specific products to skip if you have multiple items in your subscription.

Both options are available in your customer portal under your subscription details.

To change how often you receive your Ventamin products:

  1. Log in to your customer portal
  2. Go to your subscription details
  3. Click "Edit billing/delivery schedule"
  4. Select your preferred frequency from the available options
  5. Save your changes

Your new frequency will apply to all future orders. Any applicable subscription discounts will automatically adjust based on your new frequency.

You have full flexibility to customize your subscription:

To change quantity:

  1. Access your customer portal
  2. Find the product in your subscription
  3. Adjust the quantity up or down
  4. Save changes

To add products: Browse available products and add them to your next delivery or ongoing subscription.

To remove products: Click on the product you want to remove and select "Remove from subscription" (note: you must keep at least one product in your subscription).

To swap products: Exchange one product for another while maintaining your subscription benefits.

We'll be sad to see you go! You can cancel anytime through your customer portal:

  1. Log in to your customer portal
  2. Select the subscription you want to cancel
  3. Click "Cancel" and follow the prompts
  4. You'll have the option to provide feedback about your cancellation

Note: There are no cancellation fees, however it is recommended for you to “Pause your subscription” in order to keep your discount level. You can reactivate your subscription later if you change your mind.

Subscription Billing and Payments

You'll be charged automatically before each shipment according to your delivery schedule:

  • First order: Charged immediately when you subscribe
  • Recurring orders: Charged 2-3 days before your scheduled delivery date
  • You'll receive an email notification before each charge

You can view all upcoming charge dates in your customer portal under "Future Orders."

To update your payment method:

  1. Log in to your customer portal
  2. Go to the "Payment Details" section
  3. Click "Update" to modify your existing card details and billing address, OR
  4. Click "Change" to switch to a different saved payment method or add a new card
  5. Save your changes

Security note: All payment information is securely processed through Ventamin.com’s encrypted payment system.

If a payment fails, here's what happens:

  1. We'll automatically retry the payment within 24-48 hours
  2. You'll receive an email notification about the failed payment
  3. We'll make multiple retry attempts over several days
  4. You can update your payment method anytime in your customer portal to resolve the issue

To avoid interruption:

  • Ensure your card has sufficient funds
  • Check that your card hasn't expired
  • Update your payment method before your next billing date if you know there's an issue

After all retry attempts, if payment still fails, your subscription may be automatically paused. You can reactivate it by updating your payment information.

Yes! Your complete billing history is available in your customer portal:

  1. Log in to your portal
  2. Navigate to "Order History" or "Past Orders"
  3. View all completed orders with dates, amounts, and order details
  4. Click on individual orders to see itemized receipts

You'll also receive email confirmations for every successful charge.

Subscription Shipping and Delivery

Subscription orders:

  • Shipped according to your selected delivery frequency
  • Standard processing time: 2-3 business days
  • Shipping time varies by location (typically 3-7 business days)

You'll receive your first shipment within 5-10 business days after subscribing. Future orders ship automatically based on your chosen schedule.

Tracking is easy:

  1. You'll receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number once your order ships
  2. Log in to your customer portal to view tracking information for all orders
  3. Click the tracking link to see real-time delivery updates from the carrier

Your tracking information updates within 24 hours of shipment.

We're here to help! If your package arrives damaged or doesn't arrive at all:

For damaged packages:

  1. Take photos of the damaged items and packaging
  2. Contact our customer service team immediately
  3. We'll arrange for a replacement shipment at no cost

For lost packages:

  2. If the package shows delivered but you didn't receive it, check with neighbors or building management
  3. Contact us within 48 hours of the expected delivery date

Estimated Delivery Times

In the unfortunate event of a product stock shortage, we will do our best to deliver your order within 7 working days. If the delay is significant, we will inform you through email and social media announcements. Should the delay exceed 7 working days, you have the option to request a cancellation of your order by contacting us at hello@ventamin.com and you will be refunded accordingly.

Similarly, if a free gift is out of stock, we may ship your order as partial without the gift. However, please note that gifts will be provided while stocks last, and announcements regarding such matters will be made on our social media accounts.

Return/Exchange/Refund

Once we receive and process your return, the refund amount will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days depending on the bank that your payment was processed through. It typically takes 15 business days to process.
