I’ve been taking Clear It consistently, and I’ve noticed a significant improvement in my hormonal acne. My overall flare-ups have reduced, and my skin feels much more manageable now. Dear Ventamin Team/Dr. Ingky,
I purchased Ventamin Clear It for my daughter and son, and they started taking the product during the first week of July 2026.
As the product was being taken by both of them, the first package was finished earlier than scheduled. My son has experienced no issues while taking the product, although he also has not noticed any significant improvement or results.
However, my daughter’s experience has been different. After finishing the first package (approximately one and a half boxes consumed), her acne appeared to worsen. She continued taking the product into the second package and has currently consumed approximately one box, but her acne condition has continued to worsen.
Could you please advise whether this reaction may indicate that Ventamin Clear It is not suitable for my daughter? Should she stop taking the product?
Given the worsening of her acne after using the product, I would also like to enquire whether I am eligible for a refund under your refund or satisfaction policy.
I would appreciate your advice and assistance regarding this matter. Please let me know if you require any additional information, such as the purchase receipt, order details, or photos.

As of now, I haven’t seen any changes in my face. My scars and dark spots are still the same after one month of using Light Up. I bought another box and I’ll check again after finishing it to see if there are any improvements.
