Eligibility for Refund:
Money-back guarantees are only applicable to purchases made through our official website.
You are eligible for a refund if you find that the product does not meet your needs after 90 days of consumption.
To qualify for a refund, you will need to provide before and after pictures at specific intervals: Day 0 (before starting the product), Day 30, Day 60, and Day 90.
Time Frame:
Refund requests must be made within 120 days from the date of product delivery. Any requests submitted after this period will not be considered eligible.
Guarantee per Customer:
Each customer is entitled to a single money-back guarantee, particularly for first-time purchases.
Refund cost is limited to a maximum of 3 months' supply.
The money-back guarantee is applicable globally.
How to Request a Refund:

a. order details, including the order number, name, contact number, and email address.
b. reason for the refund
c. before and after photos: Day 0 (before starting the product), Day 30, Day 60, and Day 90.
Refund Method
The refund amount will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days depending on the bank that your payment was processed through.
Check Your Bank Account: Sometimes refunds take a while to be processed and appear in your bank account.
Contact Your Credit Card Company: Refunds may take some time to be processed by your credit card company before they are posted to your account.
Contact Your Bank: There is often some processing time before a refund is posted at your bank as well.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we have approved your refund and still have not received your refund, please contact us at hello@ventamin.com. Provide your order number and details about the issue. Our customer support team will investigate the matter and assist you in ensuring that your refund is processed promptly.
